我在这个酒店住了一个礼拜左右，隔音效果不是很好，房间也不是很大，周边环境还可以，早餐没有什么吃的，很简单也有可能我是外地的吧

1、从入住开始，一堆人堆在前台等了十几二十分钟办登记手续。
2、被告知原网上预付房间被安排给其他人，所以安排本不会安排15楼。（算了，已经凌晨了，唯一的想法就是睡觉！）
3、六点开始，房间里闹起轰隆隆的轰鸣声，打给前台说让房务过来看，好！等了5分钟，没人来！再打，来人个头发凌乱的服务员（一看就知道前面在睡觉的）过来查看，最后我还叮嘱拿条浴袍，不想再换衣服披件浴袍换房最方便（毕竟最想的还是补觉）。
4、5分钟又过去了，对酒店的办事保持高度质疑，这时已睡意全无了，到前台问了为什么还不换房，居然问我房务还没去看吗？我真不明白两个部门之间的信息会如此不畅通，一看就知道客房平时是多疏于管理。且到了前台又问了两次浴袍给我拿过去没，然前台打给房务居然说没浴袍。（很明显，今晚我彻底的成了他们家耍的猴儿了）
5、接着听前台跟房务及那位只闻其名不见其人及其声的陈经理沟通，最可笑的是客房居然跟前台说换房要先加收我们洗涤费，真棒，服务真是棒棒的好！亲，你们的沟通时间可是我的睡眠时间啊！聊天可否迟点再说！
6、从头到脚都想着补觉，所以想人先过去睡，行李退房就再起来收拾，前台答应了。 7、换到了房间，啊呀，那位大
