这是我住的最差的酒店，没有之一。房间吗设施老旧，房间竟然有一个一厘米长的蟑螂，给服务员打电话，服务员很不以为然，竟然说一个大人还怕蟑螂？这很正常啊，我说要投诉，让人家竟然告诉我那你投诉好了。无语。
