硬件设施还好，服务不好，因为我们一家四口要了一个标双，儿子十三岁女儿五岁。让服务员送两个牙刷、拖鞋。送了半个小时送错再回去拿竟然说拖鞋没了只有一双。并且都没有礼貌用语。
