服务态度非常恶劣，办理入住35分钟，规则是他们宾馆定的，但是他们押金随便收？可以乱收，尽管我提出来她前台重新操作，但是造成我资金刷2次退款要1天以上，完全一塌糊涂管理，2个人早餐券给一张没有道歉还要强词夺理，非常不舒服，去受气你们住这个宾馆，因为是老客人所以觉得以前服务可以，怎么会现在这样子？？晚上房间漏水服务员态度非常恶劣！
