住了十几年酒店第一次遇到耍流氓的酒店，毛巾没用过，说我们少了，需要扣钱，争吵完后又说找到。明明房卡退还数量对了，当时走时不当面说少，也不马上打电话联系，1个多小时后才说少了要扣钱。要求查监控对质，前台回答说前台监控查不到，真是第一次住这样的酒店。100元比诚信更重要，这样的酒店居然还评分4.几，这真实性太怀疑。

非常一般。不知道林芝其他酒店怎样，但海螺真心配不上4星的标准！488入住，不如188的快捷酒店，性价比低。前台不够专业，客房服务很一般。窗户单层，隔音效果特别不好，车辆来回声音很大，清晨会被吵醒。想换个房间，对讲机里听到那边的客房服务人员不想让换，都不想再住了。以后去玩，不会再选择这家酒店。
