首先进入酒店办理入住有个叫李克的服务人员态度极其恶劣，我们询问有空房间吗？他说满了办不了，后来我们在艺龙上成功预订了房间，药办理入住他让我们去等着，说没有接到通知，但是已经有信息提醒我们成功预订了，我们换了个服务人员就给我们办理了，也不清楚这个人是怎么回事可以这么对待客人的！
