整体挺好的，但是怀疑酒店以各种理由收取小额赔偿款。由于赶火车，也没纠缠，但体验大打折扣。希望酒店注意

酒店性价比很高，房间很大，装修的也不错。但是有刚装修完的味道。唯一不足就是服务不好。办理入住服务员全程冷脸，说话声音小，不礼貌。早餐煎蛋的师傅跟他说话没反应，直接往客人盘子里甩。酒店硬件设施不错，服务太差。

环境很好 住的房间很宽敞 物品都很新 服务人员态度好 自助餐味道不错 因为都是成人 没有去戏水大厅 泡的温泉水质目测还行
