酒店很老了，房间设施很一般，楼层服务员还不错，但是前台的工作人员太差太差，工作效率低不说，态度还差！前台2个工作人员给我一个人退房，退房退了20分钟！水单信息还打错，问到有没有信封装一下发票，头都不抬就说没有，过一会儿另外一个人又从下面摸一信封出来！这种服务态度极其敷衍和恶劣的酒店，真的觉得太垃圾了！

是我云南自驾以来住的最好的酒店！服务热情，早班餐非常丰富好吃！带母亲妹妹住的家庭房，非常好！入住还送了冰粉，感动呢！前台美女帅哥态度非常好！谢谢您们的服务！如果有机会再来攀枝花，还住明珠！也会推荐给朋友们！
