定了3个房间，到达后停车没人管，到大堂问说有保安指挥，我问保安在哪里？才出来个人找保安，没找到，才指挥把车停了。我定了3内庭标间，结果给了2个外庭，说是升级成家庭房，内庭比外庭房价都贵了50元一间，强烈要求下才很不友好的换回内庭房。服务极不好，完全不是星级酒店的标准，给予差差差差评。
