房里一股味道，然后还有很多小苍蝇和虫子，第一次住假日还有这么多苍蝇的，之前是有多久没打扫导致东西腐烂了才会有这么多小苍蝇吧？
入住之后实在受不了苍蝇太多，找前台换房间，虽然换了房间，但是态度不咸不淡的，没有基本的关怀。真的太垃圾了

房间在平湖樱花公园旁，周边环境很漂亮，很安静，但不远处有商场，饭店，又很便利，地理位置优越，房间很大，节假日去房价也没怎么上涨，停车方便，前台服务态度很好，只是早餐比较少，单调，房间里抽纸和衞生纸很薄。床很硬，躺着玩手机很舒服，比较满意。

五一过来亲子游的，酒店服务很好，携程平台的权益，所以帅气的小哥哥还给升级了景观房，很大很舒服
漂亮的服务小姐姐还跟热情地介绍了附近景点，服务周到，住的很舒服，就是五一期间花花大多凋谢了，看到不多，但是还是很满足，明年再来
