酒店环境一流，服务人员态度热情友好，特别是温德姆前台管家小翁服务很热情，还没到酒店就电话联系，添加微信介绍景点和酒店情况，有问必答，满足了我们各方面的需要。酒店设备齐全使用状态良好，酒店到各个景点网约车非常方便，最远也就半个小时，酒店早餐品种丰富质量不错，中餐厅菜品质量很高，以后再来还要多品嚐。
