讲真，前台服务态度太差，自己工作疏忽，没有道歉的话语就算了，还一直嚷嚷着客人没预定成功。网上预定成功，电话也打过给前台确认了，还想怎么确认！本来是开开心心地出差，这个入住的事情真心整的不愉快。
