我是B栋的梦之郎 那个酒店领班超无语 我订房事先确认过有房才订的 是他们失误 没有跟我确认姓名 就拒绝我的订单 后来我就不能定 找酒店的人讨说法 前台给领班打电话 领班态度超级差 还说我没钱就不要定他们的房间 去别的地方住 我也是无语了 哪个老板顾这种员工 是不想开门做生意还是怎样，后来多亏前台小妹帮我解决定单问题 那个领班素质超低 能做到领班也是怀疑啊
