垃圾酒店，退房的时候一切正常，说让我可以走了。。走了之后说我房间消费了，随便扣钱。。因为我是刷卡的，钱被随便扣了。。艺龙也处理不了，只能他想扣多少扣多少。。。大家不要去了

酒店总体来说还不错 前台服务也很热情 已经是第二次来了 房间也很干净 但是还有一个不足的地方就是 有部分售卖品灰尘太多 希望可以改进

其他都还好，只是在退房时要注意，最好亲自在场，我是刷卡付的押金，退房时直接走了，结果我都没碰房间内避孕套前台硬是说我开了包装，扣了20押金，我真是闲的开了包装然后一个不用也不带走是吗？
