客房卫生整洁，客房服务人员礼貌，碰到宾客会主动问好，需求物品送到客房当宾客表达谢意时会礼貌回复：这是我应该做的。建议表杨。前台专业素质较高。餐厅整体水平一般，自助餐低于蒲田同业同价水平，自助早餐索性连现磨咖啡机都收起来。
