酒店据说是秀屿区最好的酒店，但是呢？总体来说一般，虽然说是五星，也就是四星级服务。入住办理前台全程黑脸，退房前台服务就好很多。可能是过节，服务人员偏少。晚上自助餐贵，没啥东西吃，真不推荐。自助早餐还是不错的。房间椅子都有一点坏了，杯子也磕碰了。给了一间连通房，事前也不告知，到房间里心里挺不舒服的，但是开了好几小时车，带着老人家，就懒得投诉换房了。建议五星价格也得匹配五星服务。跟澳门，上海，广州的五星级酒店相比，实在是差了很多。

早餐很好，周边虽然没有什么风景，但旁边600米左右就有大型综合体，我们一家人下午还看了一场电影《无双》，蛮好，离火车站打滴滴15元左右。
