大小酒店住过不少，这样的服务真的是绿城吗？趁周末来千岛湖度假，为了住的更舒适定了7月27日3号楼湖景最好的行政大床房，1368元一晚（事实证明提前一个月订比当天订更贵）中午12点多办的入住，房型上8-16楼都是行政大床房，我们特意来的早一些希望住的高一些房间能选得好一些，前台告知只有一间12楼最边上的房间了，其余要等2个小时以后，无奈接受。半小时后出门，在前台等车，期间两位办入住的客人都是5号楼升级过来的（5号楼价格比3号楼低30%），截图为证。既然800就能住的房间我花1360多来住？相信是人都不愿意吧。去前台询问我们是否也能升级，斩钉截铁说不行，说大床房已经是最高级的了，那请问我1300跟800又区别？你们的套房不能升级？或者说在我提出异议时，前台没有一个让我满意的回答，一味的说不行没办法。这也是绿城服务？告诫想要住的来宾，千万别定他们贵的房型，因为订便宜的，也会给你升级，订贵的反而亏。
