环境还可以，暑假出门就是贵性价比不是很高，我还遇到电梯上不去下不来的尴尬，被困在里面好吓人，找了酒店反应客房经理来打招呼了，说没有啥补偿的房费是不可能优惠的，送一份水果压压惊，幸好我没出啥大问题，只是惊吓🙀

5号楼是第二排，订的湖景房前面有遮挡，视野一般。酒店勉强四星标准吧，服务一般，房间设施也很一般，洗漱用品三星标准吧。早餐普通，品种不算多。5号楼没有地下车库，停车不方便。

到了酒店就给自动升级了3单元15楼的套房，除了大，并不怎么样，有个很大的露台，来的当天连下了几天的雨，露台也无用武之地，露台的景观是对着喜来登酒店的，看出去千岛湖的景色是在两栋楼的夹缝中的，心想这个价位的房间，洗护用品应该不差，谁知道，洗发水用完头发像长了草似的，毛躁的不行，性价比真的不高，还不如加点钱，住旁边的喜来登
