朋友推荐的.前台接待不够明显.接待员很有礼貌.对于千岛湖一日游安排的满满的.总体来说不错.早餐如果是自助就更好了！

酒店相对而言不错！尤其是周围环境！山水景色十分漂亮。离景点也很近，周围很多饭店，可以任意挑选。前台服务很好，早餐是送到房间的，比较方便。唯一缺点在于，房间茶几下的地毯很脏。整体不错！

环境不错，家庭房在8楼，看出去挺舒服的，唯一的缺点就是旁边也有两个酒店，所以也不能180度的观赏湖景，别的都很好，设施都是很好的，卫浴是科勒电视机是三星，还有个电磁炉，可惜我们没机会用上
