非常失望。这个价位住这种服务和设施的公寓真的是非常非常的后悔，本来要求携程退房，但是携程给的反馈是拒绝退房，后来给我升级了个房间，但是即使这样还是很不满意，说是在的服务还不如如家快捷。房间一般。没有任何服务配套。以后再也不会选择。非常非常后悔的一次。

酒店的房间很干净，格调很温馨，有想常住的冲动。特别是阳台很大，可以远眺千岛湖，晚上洗完澡坐在阳台的藤椅上吹吹风很舒服

环境不错跟喜来登共用园区，都是绿城建造的，所以硬件是不错的，不过软件的服务就有落差了，大堂没有喜来登气派大气，没有浴袍，电话要求了也最终无人送来，早餐是送到房间的，但价格比喜来登便宜不少，所以也算是一分价钱一分货，适合对服务要求不高的出行者

酒店就在千岛湖附近，到伯爵号轮渡口走过去就5分钟，非常的近，而且住在18楼，能够看到湖景，非常的漂亮，而且前台的服务员态度非常好。
