非常愉快的入住体验，还免费给升级了。房间阳台打开就能看到湖，空气很清新。房间的风格也让人很舒服，设施齐全，服务周到，大人小孩都很开心。早餐非常丰盛，还有儿童乐园供小孩玩。酒店还有健身房，儿童电影院，泳池等供游客免费享用，都不用逛景区了，就在酒店呆着也不会无聊，非常适合全家出游度假散心，慢节奏的生活。酒店环境优美，地理位置优越，非常值得推荐给朋友，如果有机会，还会再去住。

设施的确很新，硬件感觉和巴厘岛的酒店比也毫不逊色。日式装修很清爽，房间够大，隔音很不错。
但没有比较就没有伤害，和前一天入住的开元度假村比，服务态度，早餐等都有待加强。不是说不好，而是不够好。
