酒店位置比较偏。从汽车客运中心出来打车到酒店30多分钟，费用大概70元。离客运中心码头需要10分钟的路程。虽然时间不长但是得提前15分钟叫出租车。酒店自有商务车。但是收费很贵。
酒店早餐主食和肉类比较多没有蔬菜，只有一些沙拉的蔬菜。味道还可以。但是中餐厅真的比较差。味道不好而且贵。但是酒店周边没有其他餐厅，连外卖都叫不到。
温泉还可以，但是不太建议天黑去。露天水边蚊虫比较多，温泉是单另收费的。
酒店checking时前台服务一般。五一节后去的。酒店入住的人很少，晚上基本没有亮灯的房间。景观房被大树挡的什么也看不到。想换个能看到湖的房间，酒店也不愿意。好像客人占了多大的便宜。客房内所有的插座都很松，吹风机轻轻一举，插头就掉了。很恼火。
室内外的游泳馆都没有修好，不能使用。
酒店内环境很好。不坐摆渡车步行到客房也没有多远。一路的风景也不错。客房内环境比较雅致，看起来很干净。客房内备有外穿拖鞋。

为了有个好的湖景，特意预定精选豪华湖景大床房，结果一进房间，一股刺鼻的装修味，湖景就是看到个Ｕ型沟，湖里都是垃圾，左边一堵墙，右边就是山坡，一点点湖就是这家酒店精选而且还豪华的湖景房了。打前台要求换房，告知他们家的湖景房间都这样，没得换，带着9个月的宝宝来，心情都没了，建议大家选择其他酒店。
