酒店位置有点偏，但是非常安静，配有地下停车场车辆不用晒太阳，还有游泳池，酒店服务员都非常有礼貌，都会主动打招呼，下午还送了水果点心非常棒，在房间阳台还可以欣赏日落，酒店配有电动车，带你到住宿楼，服务员主动帮忙拿行李，房间装修比较清爽，总之是一次非常棒的住宿体验，下次有机会一定会再次入住

酒店环境还可以，服务员也很有礼貌，但仅限礼貌专业知识有待培训特别是游泳池的那位女领导，管理不是一会一个制度零时变来变去的，酒店一些硬件设施希望早点开放毕竟这是五星级酒店

酒店是新开的，位置里中心区域稍远，但是非常安静，周边环境很好。办理入住的时候免费升级了房间，还送了水果和报纸，去康乐中心还免费送了一张游戏卡。早餐也还不错，酒店整体服务很好。下次来千岛湖一定会再来这家酒店。温泉有待加强，水面上漂浮的树叶和虫子应该及时清理。
