早餐不是丰富，不过有鸡蛋饼，这个在华东酒店没吃到过，很不错。酒店正面湖景无敌。服务也很好，入住时礼宾帮忙行李送到房间内。酒店里好多服务员是外国人，可能跟国际酒店集团有关。位置整体是比较偏的，来的基本是自驾。

第二次来了，顺便把酒店附近的这条山路开了遍，自驾无敌推荐的这条路，一路去千岛湖，绕湖而开，直达千岛湖市区的鱼头汤一条街，非常好的体验，酒店自助早餐不错

酒店的硬件很好，卫生间有卫洗丽，湖景房不错，服务有水准。唯一缺点，位置比较偏，如不是自驾游，不是很方便。

非常推荐酒店大堂吧的下午茶，100多元的下午茶比得上上海很多酒店的网红套餐，胜在材料新鲜出炉，希望能保持。

比较推荐，酒店外观类似苏州中茵皇冠，硬件挺好，尽管位置较偏，但服务意识好，进酒店的路也不算很难开，酒店中餐厅和SPA都建议尝试，价格合理

到酒店已经半夜12点了，房间隔音效果很差，一晚上空调外机声音很响，打服务电话没人接，只能忍了一晚上。
