酒店环境还是挺不错的，但是我要好好吐槽一下酒店服务不行，携程订的是豪华大床房，当天订的时候也是订的最贵的，到了以后前台和我说我这个只能住后面的山景房，那我说我加钱升级到前面的湖景房，前台一是说房间还没打扫出来迟迟不办，无奈我就去看了山景房，实在觉得不行，下来前台要求升级，一等足足等了2个小时才打扫完，还是我一早说好话让她们帮帮忙的。我是之前朋友来住过说环境好房间也很好才选择了这家酒店，但是升级完的房间去了以后发现真的是完全不值这个价钱1388一晚的房间和我朋友到时候去住才780的相差太大了，靠中间的湖景房不给，给了我最最边上的房间，房门对着床，真的太没安排感，太失望了，以后不会再来了！

建德最好的酒店，在千岛湖边上，风景很美，空气清新，天然氧吧。中餐厅吃过一次晚饭，味道不错，服务也好。适合度假休闲

酒店较偏，风景好人不多。8百多的房间窗外是一面大石壁，不满意，晚上十点多后被带狗入住人的狗叫声吵醒多次，也是醉了，管理有漏洞。
