位置比较偏，开了一会山路，但是到了酒店就觉得还是很值的，酒店比较新，升级了豪华湖景房，视野很好，房间设施也比较新，值得一提的是，离开的那天是我的生日，酒店还送了小蛋糕，很贴心！

酒店的环境，还可以。只是化了1200 多元订的湖景房，却安排在最边上的角落，窗外只能看见一点湖尾，太让人失望．．．

在山坳里，环境优美，酒店房间升级另外付3百多，有些不如意，从来没有碰到过，其他酒店都是免费升级的，而且是前台服务自己提出升级的，升级之后比网上预定还要贵，再协商跟网上一样，这样的服务理念很不爽

很不错，环境非常好，就是我房间电视机频道一直会卡住，叫了好几次客房，重启就好了，但是没解决根本问题。

酒店景色恍然间感觉到了三亚，有3个泳池的江浙沪酒店也实属罕见。服务细节做的不错，也很应景，端午节在湖面上还多了两个充气粽子，一度以为不过是湖面两个浮标😳不过节假日应对大客流酒店服务还是稍显不足，有些年龄稍大的阿姨明显是临时工，各种不清楚。特别是连续三个晚上在中餐厅用餐，有两个晚上点餐都发生各种各样的错，甚至出现3人用餐帮我点了8条鱼的笑话，而我点了3人份的呢却只上一人份的结果…总的来说错误可以避免，酒店软硬件还是留下了非常好的印象。
