环境风景都很不错。只是服务很让人失望。吃饭要预约也不事先提醒。想提意见经理找不到。房间杯子是破口的，换一个还是破的。健身中心没有服务人员。泳池按摩池水没换是脏的，不好用好这是怎么管理的。和同在千岛湖的洲际差距不是一点点。

新开张的酒店设备还不稳定，第一晚空调始终热不起来，维修后温度又太热了，到达设定温度后不能自动停止房间搞到28度，小孩感冒了。只有一条小路出入酒店，山路十八弯，经过一个小村庄，沿途什么也买不到，感觉不方便。湖景比千岛湖洲际要差，是个水电站的景色。儿童活动室不知道为什么不开放，孩子挺失望的。早餐尚可，就是人多的时候明显照顾不过来，餐具要等才有的。酒店餐厅菜色不多，价格还能接受，实在也没其它选择了，最近的餐馆也要开车半个多小时小孩子吃不消的。
