酒店环境以及酒店设施都很满意，订的亲子房，就是自助晚餐的种类较少，不推荐自助晚餐，但是酒店还是很棒的，服务也很好。

酒店环境很好，三面环湖北靠山，南低北高，大堂朝北，进去就是三楼，客房都在三、五楼，房间很大，干净整洁，适合家人带小孩出游。早餐品种一般般，中西皆有，中规中矩，管吃饱。中餐厅菜肴不错，就是太贵，还得另加15%服务费，所谓的五星收费。客房服务员挺尽责，一早就开始打扫。在非周末和节假日人不多，比较安静。停车免费、方便。
