酒店很不错，环境好，依湖而建……如果是喜欢安静点的这个地方再好不过，餐厅紧靠湖，一边享受食物一边欣赏风景……重要的是在同程强预定很方便，到酒店只要出示身份证就可以啦……👍

带父母与孩子一起去的，天气正好不错；第一天入驻每个房间送了一份水果，酒店的环境总体不错；尤其有一个送水果的小伙子，老妈找不到游泳池他一路带过去的，可惜忘记名字了，即使有些不如意的地方在这样尽责的酒店人员中也让我心感温暖！

非常差的一次体验，艺龙的服务也极其差。先是确认了了订单，所以我们也就出去安排行程。后面又取消确认，我想请问，住客取消确认订单是要赔付一晚房钱的，艺龙这么做，是不是也要相应赔付

梅地亚服务、环境、设施没得说，尤其喜欢游泳池，室外2??个、室内1??个，水清辙游得畅快！特别赞客服中心的工作人员，结帐后发现了老公忘记在床头柜抽屉里的钱包，特意追赶我们并送来。再次感谢你们的真诚的服务！
