同样的房间，也没啥说，一家人给气！虽然定的房间价格低，知道不会太好，但服务也太差。窗户小或没有窗都能接受，但没有空调就无法忍受了，叫了三遍也没人解决了，囯有企业的口碑就这么被葬送了。

硬件装修还可以，但疏于管理，洗脸池下水不能流出，积在面池里，下水塞子拨杆都没有了，号称4钻酒店，不提供小袋茶叶，矿泉水要收费，客房边有鼓风机，影响休息，体验差极了！

因为疫情，酒店早餐、晚餐未开。
酒店位于民族广场（大概是这个意思）边上，附近有商业街，地理位置还不错。安静！
最重要推荐的是，酒店里雷山茶城就隔着广场，雷山银球茶和当地土茶建议一定要去尝尝，价格确实不贵，能不能选到好的，就看各位的功力了。
酒店价格确实非常良心，服务意识教强。

一家六口出游 不想住在景点里 就选了雷山县里住宿 离郎德和西江苗寨都很近20多分钟车程 定的双床房 200多 房间挺宽敞 打扫的干净 早餐有豆浆鸡蛋西瓜小馒头和面皮及面条 很方便。如果是自驾游不想住景区里可以考虑。酒店对面是雷山广场 夏天晚上有儿童游乐设施 小孩子玩的很高兴
