酒店比较新，设施非常好！
酒店服务很好。我早餐时将钱包丢在餐厅，餐厅捡到后交到前台保管，很感谢。
由于要吃中药，我将煮好的药交保安代为保管，保安将药放到餐厅冰柜，服务非常满意！

服务相当好，价格合适，我从重庆过去两次都选择了，同规格酒店不二之选，尤其尊豪房，房间空间大，设施齐全，地理位置的话离凯里市中心也近，可以延迟下午2点退房，因此推荐入住，我是几乎入住了凯里所有同规格酒店比较之下得此结论

新开业不久的酒店，房间大气，床垫很舒服，睡眠质量不好的我也睡的很香。白天在千户苗寨玩，晚上住凯里，是一个值得来的地方。
