酒店在市区 出行方便 旁边就是超市 买东西超级方便，房间空间大 楼层高 卫生条件不错 就是停车地方很少 非常不好停车 酒店工作人员让去很远的地方停车 不方便

酒店干净卫生，服务态度很好，不会因为是网上订的就区别对待，入住还送了小点心，很贴心。酒店早餐也很丰富，味道也不错。下次出差还会继续选择。

环境和设施都不错，服务也好，基本上来凯里出差，纵横就是我的首选，离单位也近，走路也就几分钟路程，今天订的普通单房，前台还给免费升级成了套房，很棒！

酒店最大的亮点就是干湿两用，这个设计很好，就是大夏天的，中央空调也不冷，后来维修部送来了空调扇，就凉快多了，还有小零食送，如果换成水果就更好了，最后要说一下酒店的毛巾没处理干净，还有毛发残留在上面，不敢用。早餐挺好的，吃得比较丰盛。

在凯里市中心的位置，特别方便。周围餐厅很多便利店什么都有，晚上楼下很热闹，整体生活便捷。酒店客房楼层比较高，都在十几层到二十几层，视野不错，房间也比较大，格局相对比较简约，洗手池比较小，没有穿衣落地镜，设施算是比较齐备，还有熨斗之类的，总体还是不错的，环境也还好，算是比较推荐的。
