酒店位置很好，有停车场，停车方便又安全。酒店环境确实不错，房内干净又舒适，出门吃饭和早餐确实方便，就是早餐需要改善，300多一晚在凯里算贵的了，其它一切都很满意。

由于怕苗寨冷，我又是带着一家老小，所以决定住在市区里。选择这家酒店因为第一四星，第二评价不错。
本人点评几点：
优点：1/相对其他四星的便宜点
2/位置不错，周边繁华
3/有停车场，适合自驾
4/空调暖风可以，很暖和
缺点：1/酒店卫生家反味道
2/早餐垃圾到爆，第一天吃的酒店早餐，第二天果断方便面
3/房间灯控损坏，服务人员（貌似一个经理）告知没有办法修，没有办法换房
4/房间小，没有35平米，算是很小
表扬：1/特别表扬一个电工师傅，本来说不能修的灯控开关，不知道怎么回事后来来了一个电工师傅，服务热情有礼貌，技术很棒，很快就修好了，可能跟那个不给修的经理没沟通好
，特别表扬一下
2/停车场管理人员服务积极主动，协调有方。
综上所述，性价比一般。能将就的没问题，不能将就的慎重考虑。
