酒店和房间都不错，但第一天入住酒店说没有接到艺龙的单子，需要我们自己给艺龙打电话。后来明明要三天的房间，却又只给了一晚。

首先要给总台的领班小妹点个👍，可能是酒店前后台交接原因，前台没有接到订单，当看到我的艺龙订单马上就变通办理。但是打开客房迎面而来是股霉味，地毯上霉渍随处可见，毕竟房间大价位也合适就认了。最奇葩的是早餐 ，东西品种少也就罢了，厨师穿制服在餐厅吸烟，完全无视墙上禁烟告示 ，服务员几个人围了一桌 和客人在一起用餐，有新客人进来，服务员坐着边吃边叫客人拿早餐票，真是开了眼。二流设备，三流管理与服务。
