实在过份，早上7:30退房时不结财，告知房间清理确认须花费很长时间，结果下午一点多扣钱100元！说有烟烧的洞，太无理！我从不抽烟，小女儿更是听了不可思议！多次电话问询无果又离开天柱！如果不是乱来就只能说弄错房号！真不能接受强行无理扣钱100元！！！

住过多次，这次体验最差，首先是在毛巾上发现头发，恶心！然后床上有一只瓢虫在爬，还有蚊子尸体两只，真真把我恶心到了。
