新开酒店设施不错 但是服务意识真是不怎么样 连桔子水晶都比不上 好歹是五星国际连锁吧 两大两小晚上入住 提着那么重行李 抱着小孩门口工作人员看到毫无反应 乘坐电梯门口上去也是这样 负责开电梯门的也是冷漠脸 不帮忙 电话热线的客服magic还是很不错的 带着两个小孩肯定事情比较多的 两个人又感冒了
餐厅门口想咨询下门口服务员 等了很久 一眼都不对我们看 直接当没看到 笑脸相迎的领着几位男士去了餐厅 真是呵呵了
泳池门口阿姨晚上急着下班 十一点关门时间 十点五十已经在赶客了 但明明看到我们已经洗好澡出来准备换衣服走了 难道不走睡在换衣间吗 服务意识没有 泳池安全员赞一个 很热心周到和蔼可亲👍
房间蛮干净 阳台比较脏 护栏估计不擦的
价位可以 离金沙滩近 总体还是可以随便住住

外部风景没的说，喷泉，泳池，园区绿化好极了。从后面直接到金沙滩。阳台景观好，吹着海风很惬意。内部设施与其他五星无异。电源太少，两个人充电不够用。健身房在负一，进去一股海水腥味。房内灯光有些暗，没主灯。写字台镜子不好用，椅子挡着，不好挪。分配的房间离电梯太远了，每次出去都长途跋涉。房间号也不太吉利，514。浴室只有一块地垫，拖鞋不防滑。泡澡出来容易滑倒。没有沐浴乳和洗发水。
