酒店位置。硬件环境一流，前台服务亲切，自助餐品种齐全。有室外室内泳池。距离金沙滩特别近，交通便利。特别是大堂苏经理，或者是舒经理？只知道是这个姓的音，沟通和蔼可亲，服务的非常到位，热情积极，帮助解决我们入住的各项问题，十分感谢他。推荐！

网上说小孩1米2以下包含1米2早餐免费，酒店却说满7岁就半价，我家宝虽然7岁，可是不到1米2，酒店也没有看到具体的说明。卫生间马桶没有打扫干净，不知道是不是酒店太忙了，一共住5天，每天都没有整理床，洗漱用品和更换的浴巾毛巾要打电话才送。到青岛就感冒了，在酒店睡了两天，街对过啤酒节吵的无法休息，想换间看海的房间申请后，没有给我回复，就不理我了，两位前台说等会联系我，也没有收到通知，估计把我忘了，缺人性化服务。不知道为什么在其他平台预定的房间便宜不少。室内游泳池又儿童专用温水池，宝宝非常喜欢。室外游泳池水太脏了。房间光线昏暗，晚上不适合看书。去海边要走15分钟，过马路车流量大注意安全。

旅游旺季，排队办理入住的人很多，需要排队，排的有点久，房间的被有点潮，晚餐还不错，就是饮品果汁少了一点，由于第二天的飞机是晚上，希望酒店能延时到两点给老人和孩子休息，前台给的回答是拒绝的，旺季，还是理解吧。优点就是房间很大，总之这次的入住不是很满意。还是喜欢清静一点服务好一点的地方。
