从下车到办理登记，房间入住非常顺利。前台的关怀小哥哥非常Nice，业务很熟练，很快就拿到了房卡。Kayla小姐姐也很热情地帮助了我。酒店里的工作人员都很友善，大堂吧晚上10点工工作人员也在忙碌。 酒店衞生很好，每年我都会住几次 晚上吃自助餐 有时间还会再去 谢谢

It was second time for me visiting this hotel this year All the staffs have been always nice and kind.
Specially thanks to staff named Karmrn(i might be wrong sorry), who is from Cantonese. Because of not only her English ability but also her warmth, and kindness, I had stayed and enjoyed Huangdao. The restaurant she recommended was really good to have meals and look around nice view of the ocean. Also thanks for booking for massage. 多谢!!

The hotel was poorly prepared for the festival season. I arrived at 4 p.m., an hour after my scheduled check-in time, only to be told that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait another 50 minutes. I waited in the lobby for about an hour, but the room was still not available. The staff asked for my phone number so they could call me once it was ready, as I had to leave to meet a friend. They eventually called around 6:30 p.m. to let me know the room was prepared.
When I returned to the hotel after dinner, I discovered there was no drinking water in the room. At first, I assumed this might be part of an ESG initiative, but I later had to go out late at night to buy water. On the second day, the staff gave me half a dozen bottles, and I realized they had simply forgotten. That was not the only oversight—they also forgot to close the balcony door. As a result, the room was extremely humid despite the air conditioning running at full power. I initially assumed the humidity was due to being near the sea, but on the second day I noticed the balcony door behind the curtain had been left partially open.
Overall, the hotel seemed overwhelmed by the large number of visitors attending the beer festival. The location is convenient for the beach, though public transportation, such as the metro station, is a bit farther away. The facilities are somewhat dated and lack modern features such as fancy toilet seats, but the rooms are fairly spacious, likely because the hotel is not in the city center.

We specifically requested a smoke-free room, but the whole room smelled like old cigarettes. The pool was also really dirty and full of sand, and water was murky and green-ish. We only stayed for one night but that was enough for us.

酒店位置很好，在站在凉台可以看到金沙滩海景，酒店对面去海边散步，小孩玩沙子，去金沙滩啤酒城喝点啤酒，很放松！
酒店卫生服务都很好，前台宋振华也很负责任，疫情期间准备好口罩湿巾很细心！

十一出行选的酒店不是特别好，果断选了希尔顿作为最后一晚，果然不负所望，酒店大堂气派，前台小哥Frank人很nice、很贴心，帮我们全家老小升房到套间，小姐姐曲婷婷很利落帮我们做好check in，帮我们跟客房联络好、安排水果。客房服务刘玉珍非常热情，帮我们安排水果、给孩子拿来拖鞋，询问我们其他需要。房间窗外的夜景特别赞，距离金沙滩特别近，孩子非常喜欢沙滩。酒店用餐特别愉快，晚餐品种很多，早餐特别丰富。孩子还特别喜欢酒店的儿童乐园、花园。可惜是没来得及带着孩子去泳池打卡。最后一天离开的时候，前台小刘姐姐特别贴心，还给家人准备口罩。本次入住特别愉快，明年夏天带娃会继续打卡。感谢酒店各位工作人员。
