小区附近有农贸市场，房间也不错，很便利，地下停车场有途家专门的停车位，这一点特别好，就是每次进出停车场要打电话有点麻烦

性价比挺高的，房间很大，住了太多了次了，很习惯了，卫生什么的保持的不错，房间面积很大，只是有些设施需要维护了，有些日子了。需要维护好

酒店离青岛理工大学挺近的，走路十分钟就到了。公寓式酒店，有洗衣机，冰箱，燃气灶。但没有厨具，要做饭的话另出58一天租套厨具。因为周边美食挺多的，就没租厨具。

房间很大，有落地窗，我超级喜欢这个落地窗。还有两个小沙发，卫生间跟淋浴室干湿分离很好，🛏很大很软，单独夸一下这个吊灯，太坚强了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，发现的时候都快笑死了。设施很齐全，很满意。
周围环境也很好，下面就是商场，购物吃饭都很方便，晚上还能看夜景，有配备的厨房。不过锅具是要租的，这个不免费提供，好像租是一百块，时间太长我也忘了，没有做成饭，不过仍然很开心，很值得。

非常满意 有地下专用的免费停车位 房间干净整洁
就是厨房间稍有异味 小区南门出来就有超市 饭店 唯一就是离市区偏远 我来的时候是奔着啤酒节主会场来的 离金沙滩啤酒城就比较近了

公寓酒店超级棒，室内恒温恒湿恒氧，还有滚筒洗衣机，冰箱，净水器，舒服的简直不想出去，本来打算去金沙滩玩的，现在待在屋里根本不想出去，不用空调还是很凉快
