今年第三次入住贵店了，一室一厅50个平方的套房，天麓湖的房子还可以吧，在黄岛算高档小区，环境挺好的，对于本地人来说位置也不偏僻。最主要的缺点就是你们的卫生间排水系统，洗澡时间超过十分钟的话，排水量无法达到预期的效果，随随便便就流出客厅一地的水，很麻烦，望改进。

优点性价比不错，客房大姐很好，小区韶山路地下停车场停车方便。缺点上下楼之间的隔音确实堪忧。

地方不太好找，但是环境绝对一流，回头再发小区风景，房间很大，附近在施工，以为会很吵，住进来就听不到了，整体很好，价位也适中，周边环境还可以有商场。头一次住这么宽敞舒适的酒店，不太适应，比较有家的感觉。

补充上一条点评，这家店所在小区是地下车库，住店不收费，到B4停好车直接坐电梯去前台。

9月份以后入住，性价比超高。首先小区环境好，物业管理有水平，园景房看到的是一片绿色。房间是一居室，卧室客厅厨房卫生间的设施都齐全，且面积也都不小，前台服务也不错，客人的需求主动满足。再有就是，以后来青岛不去市区了，就在银沙滩游泳，水好沙细，特别干净，金沙滩太多游乐设施，太乱。会把银沙滩和途家介绍给其他朋友的，值得推荐！
