初次入住，办理住宿时前台业务不熟练，久等后房卡信息登录错误，导致打不开房间，又回到前台二次办理登录信息，房间地漏全部无防臭盖板，下水道气味特别大。分悉该酒店系统内经常轮岗导致人员业务不熟悉，管理缺位。

刚入住，感觉很好，后来去厕所，发现水池下水有问题，后来给我们换了间。换了间把行李放下就出去了。下午回来空调开了两小时温度还是没有下来，热的睡不着，又联系客服，说等半个小时温度下不来再换，一连换个两个房间，终于可以接受了。总体来说，服务可以，但是换的几个房间都要一个通病，卫生间下水味道太大。
