卫生倒是做的挺干净，房间空调太吵，前台效率有待提高，办入住大概十分钟，说是找不到预定信息。进房间电视直接看不了，工程部出差修不了，酒店工程不是24小时值班？前台对于入住，换房，处理客诉，这些最基本的业务技能很不熟练。电视有问题是你们硬件不达标，那为什么不打成维修房此房不要售卖？换房等了很久前台没有回复，后来告知房间全满没有房间可以换…………总的来说最后还是协调换了个房间
