非常感谢前台宣仪小姐姐和绍扬小哥哥给升级了房间，很有礼貌很温暖。酒店位置离万达广场很近，出门吃饭很方便。就是酒店门有点多，一不留神容易多走路。房间很安静，床垫软硬适中，只是被罩开口太大，盖的时候容易跑偏，然后被罩的面料有点粗糙。整体入住体验还不错，早餐中式西式结合的。

酒店环境还可以，就是两个前台每天转来转去，很麻烦，房间网络连接太鸡肋，体验非常不好，流程繁琐，指示不明确，让人很恼火，其他整体还可以，酒店早餐还算可以，离李沧、万达广场不远，酒店好在服务还行，不过要我第二次来还需要勇气。

酒店是新开的，刚进屋有很大的甲醛味，官方给的解释是检测合格了，但是有味道闻着也会头疼的。床单不干净有头发。点外卖要自己下来拿没有机器人给送。

1.首先给酒店的服务人员好评，沟通条理清晰，待人热情礼貌，办入住时送了饮品兑换券，入住后还有值班经理打电话询问是否需要帮忙延迟退房或打包早餐 2.房间挺大的，有一些让我很喜欢的细节比如枕头和牙刷分软硬，有小袋装的一次性免水洗手液，厕所干湿分离，晚上也没有什么噪音，住得很舒服 3.附近有万达广场，出行也很便利，唯一的缺点可能是需要换两部电梯不是特别方便，其他都很满意~
