孩子考研选酒店，很下了一番功夫，通过对比位置、评价，最终选择了国际院港。到达一看，果然不失所望，每一环节都很专业和贴心。首先前台给免费升级了房间，服务过程细致柔和，为客人着想。到房间一看，房间整洁，床品舒适。我们想多要一床被子，荞麦枕头，给服务中心打电话都热心迅捷地给解决了。真是有问必答，有求必应，不厌其烦，让人温暖。电视不会调，马上有服务员过来帮忙。客房服务员李瑞梅打扫房间细致，服务热情。酒店还贴心地送了透明考试袋，附了简易交通图。每天都有水果和晚安粥。工作之全面细致，令人感动。门卫也很敬业、专业。国际院士港——暖心港！给予良好住宿体验！

早餐很丰盛，还有冰淇淋👏服务非常好，前台张素云美少女还帮我打印了核酸报告，我忙到没时间看手机，她直接帮我打印了彩色版的而不是黑白的，服务意识太到位了👍👍👍而且，张素云美少女还主动问我晚上要不要喝热牛奶，而且还很贴心地问我有没有在房间内，等我进房间之后才送来热牛奶，所以牛奶热热的，让我那天晚上睡的非常舒服👍退房后还给了一袋子小礼物，以后还会来住的！另外，房间很大，很舒服，很安静！

终于感受到了比男友还贴心的服务和家一般的温暖舒适！超级满意的一次住宿体验，因为是来考试的，前厅部的卢红小姐姐不仅细心耐心解答各种问题，还帮我免费打印了核酸检测报告直接送上来，这对本来就是懒鬼不想出门的我来说太贴心了哈哈哈哈！超级感谢小姐姐在我考前的关心和帮助～辛苦你了下班时间也及时回答问题^_^其他方面也是很满意啦，每天提供免费的水果和晚安粥，房间安静舒服干净宽敞，机器人送餐很方便（疫情防控期间不需要下楼取外卖），很多小细节也不错，因为太满意了于是又多续住了一个晚上。爱了爱了必须五星好评！！

这个酒店大门口外公交车站就有到胶东机场的直达机场快线，很方便，到中国海洋大学门口有公交也很方便。下次过来还是首选这家酒店。前台服务很好😘很亲切，有问题马上就可以解决，楼层服务员也很不错，每天把房间打扫得干干净净，每天送水果和粥或银耳汤，很暖心😘。酒店的交通，卫生，环境，服务都很好👍👍👍希望继续保持！

酒店环境好，服务周到，没到时🈶️人提前电话落实具体入住时间，了解房间要求，入住时前厅部马梦冉小美女，非常热情帮忙拿行李送到房间，并准备了热牛奶🥛，很是温馨愉快，下次来还会选这里。退房还给准备了水果点心🥧，正好赶车不用买啦，可惜没拍照下下次一定留照
