服务态度很好，很靠近海边，到啤酒街或者其他地方打车基本12元都能到。房间虽然旧了点，还算干净，不知道是不是因为住一楼有蚂蚁

很有特色的一个酒店，前台服务员非常好，很热情，很温和。
硬件设施太糟糕了，我第一次到青岛，也没有住过青岛其他酒店，不能横向比较。但如果在西安，这样硬件档次的酒店价格不会超过100元，加上历史悠久等因素也绝对不会超过200元。实在是太贵了。
还有就是她的历史，尽管我知道酒店原来是士兵宿舍，也不迷信，但每次坐出租车一说古堡酒店司机就惊呼：“你为什么住那？！难到青岛再没有别的地方住了吗？”搞得人很烦，后来只说去德国监狱，再不提古堡酒店了，落个清静。

位置很好，环境不错，缺点是酒店隔音效果太差，睡眠不好的朋友要考虑好，只能寄希望同住的人素质高些

有怀旧的感觉,建筑外观欧式化.楼道和房间的卫生还应加强管理.门卫的着装要改,衣服不好看.
