酒店位置適中，步行即可抵達青島老區各名勝景點；環境清幽有特色(德國監獄改建，房間的牆是我住過的房子裡最厚實的)，若房間內清潔水平能提高一些，整體感覺應可更佳；早餐服務一般，建議自理(我是沒這個需求)；服務人員態度良好，有問有答；最後一點(純個人意見)，這是一家有"歷史"的酒店，時間如果不急的話，值得入住品嘗試試。

沿海的位置，环境很好~当时是临时定的标准间、环境很好，木地板很有感觉、就是冬天嘛~晚上洗澡的时候有点冷，而且隔音不是很好在房间里说话外边都能听见、房间内网速很快、下次去还是会继续入住的、

酒店就在海边，老房子，2楼是木楼板房，离栈桥步行只要10分钟。从酒店过马路，靠海边的公车站，可以坐车到五四广场和奥帆中心，夏天去海边游泳也从这坐车；如果不过马路，往学校方向走可以坐公车到最繁华的中山路。交通很方便。
值得一提的是酒店有只很肥的猫，四个爪子都是白的，很可爱，名叫“霍元甲”。你可以能一不小心就看到他，不要怕，摸他抱他，他不抗拒的。他到我房间，还跟我睡了一晚上，早上5点就闹着要出去，就把他放出去了。

入住顺利，约好了酒店的车来接的，离海边很近。房间简简单单，卫生间比住过的酒店大，没有吹风机遗憾啊。

这家酒店原来是监狱，旁边就有绞肉架什么的，我们去玩的那天还正好碰上鬼节，汗，反正比较信这个的盆友建议不住
我不喜欢酒店用木地板，房子比较久，设施很一般，唯一的好处就是离海和八大关都非常近，不用坐车，直接用走的就可以浏览附近海量的城堡旧址等景点

该酒店不错！听服务员介绍说是个德国军营旧址，建筑德国风味十足！最重要的是出了门口就是大海，客房一共三栋楼，有一栋是海景的~服务员态度也很好！值得一住···
