位置是青岛黄岛，属于新开发地区，我们来的时候正好赶上青岛啤酒节在这边举办，还算有个去处，著名景点都不在这个地区，并且不好打车，只能使用滴滴专车或者快车。
距离海边很近，人也少，只是休闲或者比较宅的，适合来这里。其实就是将住宅公寓进行简单装修后出租的房屋，装修比较粗糙，冰箱跟电热水壶都比较旧了，但暑期这里价格还是比较便宜，并且免费升级成三室一厅。
提示：现在居住不要靠路边的房屋，有施工的工地，晚上不停工，稍微吵。
