小区很高大上，房间也很宽敞，就是设施有些劣质，床单被套什么的给人感觉也不特别干净。不过，性价比很高。

五星的设施，一星的服务。从硬件上看，公寓是套三跃层房，双卧，宽敞明亮，比酒店好太多了；地处中心商圈，离澳特莱斯百米之遥，小区南端就是海，位置绝佳;房内空调、冰箱、消毒柜、燃气灶、洗衣机一应俱全，完美！再说说软件吧，卫生三天打扫一次，我没用过；到处是卫生死角，毛巾我下敢用，浴室玻璃、地板擦了也是模糊；灶具使用要另交钱，卫生间灯坏了没修；纸、水用完了，四天不再给配备。可惜了这么好的硬件，符合拜登的风格，硬件高大上最起码宽敞，服务卫生不敢恭维。这么多字，良心评价。
