优势:地点位于八大关景区之内，在第一海水浴场和第二海水浴场之间。海景房。对于看海来说，还是有很大优势的。
劣势:酒店位于汇泉角。属于交通末端，打车，坐公交车都不是很方便。如果不在酒店吃早餐，基本找不到吃早餐的地方。酒店设施陈旧，都属于80年代90年代左右的装修。设施陈旧，对于我的理解来说，就是脏。地毯，床单被罩，还有床垫儿，可能都是很久没有更换过的。酒店的人力管理也有很大的问题。我们入住的时候，一点钟到酒店，3点钟才入住到房间。因为整个酒店内服务人员少。其他客人退房以后，服务人员来不及打扫。
另外要说的:酒店服务人员相对比较热情，感觉挺不错的。
综合以上，对于酒店的性价比来说就仁者见仁智者见智吧！

位置很方便，楼下就是海边，从房间看出去视野很棒，美中不足的是设施稍微陈旧了些，尤其是插头真的很少。希望改进。

房间够大，有厨房，客厅宽敞可以打牌哦，海景房在没有大雾的时候才值得，屋子有味道，有些年代感的装修风格
