1、前台允许延迟至当天14:00退房，门卡却在12:00就锁住
2、机器人送外卖至房间门口，拿了房卡取餐，被锁在了门外，打电话通知前台代开房门，穿着内衣在楼层走廊长时间等待（具体时间不确定，估计5分钟以上）
3、送餐机器人数字按键极不灵敏，需要改进
